Burchells LLP is very pleased to announce the arrival of prominant Halifax family law practitioner Kenzie MacKinnon, Q.C., who joined us May 2, 2016.
Kenzie's arrival not only adds a respected senior member of the Nova Scotia bar to the firm's roster, but also adds Family Law to the list of services we provide.
Kenzie has practiced in Halifax from the start of his career, in firms large and small. He joins us with a wealth of experience acting for spouses and families through difficult and high-level family court, divorce, child custody, access, child support and property division proceedings. Kenzie is no stranger to dealing with sophisticated property arrangements and business assets in the division of property. With more than 35 years of family law experience he does not lose sight of the forest for the trees, and brings a sensitive, practical approach to this most personal area of conflict and resolution.
