Burchells congratulates Partner Jason Cooke on joining the National Board of Directors for the Canadian Bar Association. Founded in 1896, the CBA is the largest professional association for lawyers in Canada.
Jason has been very active in the organization throughout his career, serving as Chair of the Nova Scotia branch’s Legislative and Law Reform Committee since 2016, and of its Aboriginal Law Section from 2014 to 2016. At the national level, Jason has served as an Executive Member of the CBA’s Aboriginal Law Section since 2014 and as a Member of the CBA Executive Committee since 2016.
Jason will make a great addition to the organization’s Board of Directors. Well done, Jason!
