Tiffany Robertson is a Halifax native. She received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University in 2007, with a focus in Psychology and Human Rights. In 2010, Tiffany graduated with her Bachelor of Laws from the Dalhousie Schulich School of Law.
Tiffany was involved in student life at Dalhousie as Co-Chair of the Graduation Committee and as a member of the Dalhousie Women and Law Society. Tiffany was also a volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada and in her final semester of studies participated in the Clinical Law Program at Dalhousie Legal Aid practicing disability and poverty law, among other areas.
As a new member of the Burchells Litigation Practice Group, Tiffany practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on the areas of disability, insurance defence and employment law. She has previous work experience with mediation and conflict resolution and has a keen interest in the alternative dispute resolution process.
In her spare time, Tiffany can be found at the University of King’s College talking with FYP students or camping at Louis Lake as a Brownie leader for Girl Guides of Canada. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family at Sherbrooke Lake and playing with her kitten Elphaba, adopted from the SPCA.
Tiffany is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
